Training sessions starting from Sunday 2nd March will be:
Phoenix
Tuesday 7:45pm to 9:00pm, Thursday 8:00pm to 9:30pm,
Friday 8:00pm to 9:00pm, and Sunday 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Dolphins
Tuesday 6:45pm to 7:45pm and Sunday 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Sea Lions
Tuesday 6:00pm to 6:45pm for the lower Sea Lions and
6:00pm to 7:0 0 pm for the upper Sea Lions
Squids
The four groups having half an hour each between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Tuesday.
It is planned to review these squad times after a month - please note, any changes will be notified on this website and on the Club notice board outside the pool changing area. Please keep checking this website for any updates to this information.
